How long before I receive my order?
We aim to despatch all stock items within 24hrs, so 3 days should be realistic making allowance for the postal system. All items not in stock will normally be dispatched within 3 working days, so you should normally receive it within 6 days. (but in some cases it can take 15 days for delivery in extreme conditions)
Are some photos better than others?
Generally the clearer the picture, the better the final result.
Can you manipulate photos to give me the desired result?
Yes. We are able to resize and retouch photos to get the best result. We can also cut and paste several photos together or remove individuals from pictures. Please ensure that full instructions are given to us in the customer notes box on the item photo upload page.
Can I send photos to you?
Yes, if you prefer. We can accept photographs, files, CD's, DVD's and memory cards. Please ensure that we know which photos you require on your item's if there are several on a disk or memory card. Our address is on the “contact us - address” page. These items will be returned to you with your order.
Can you engrave on other items besides your standard stock items?
Yes, but the items must be flat and no more than 90mm x 90mm and 20mm deep. Please use the “contact us” page to enquire about any specific items. Please note that these additional items will take longer, usually two or three days extra due to ordering delays.
Is it possible to view samples before purchase?
This is difficult, but we are in the process of booking fairs and fetes in and around the midlands area's of England. We will publish details on this site when they have been organised.
Terms and Conditions
We endeavour to supply stock items within 72 hours.
Due to the personal nature of these items it is not possible to return them for a refund. However, we will do all we can to resolve any issues that may arise. other items you can return but you will be responsible for return shipping costs and there will be a 25% restocking fee and we do not refund any P&P charges either way.
Text can be added either to the front or rear of the item . Normally only 15 letters can be accommodated on photo side, and around up to 35 letters on the reverse (but depending on the item we can normally get more on it if there is any problems we will contact you)
Items are supplied as either 9ct gold plated or rhodium (silver) plated unless stated.
All blanks conform to current EU regulations and are nickel-free.
Jewelled items are adorned with cubic zirconium stones.
Prices are inclusive of chain, key ring fittings or phone straps as appropriate. Gift boxes are included with most items free unless stated.
“Out of Stock” items are still available to order but delivery will be delayed by a few days. We will let you know if there will be a longer delay.
Photographs should be emailed as JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG or BMP in at least 300 dpi., and can be colour or black and white / sepia. The better the photograph, the better the finished product.
